Fresh Whipped Cream

A quick and easy whipped cream to top all your desserts. The vanilla bean paste is what sets it apart from other recipes. You can omit the vanilla if you prefer a basic whipped cream.

The perfect compliment to the Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla)

Directions

  • Place the sugar, vanilla and whipping cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until cream reaches stiff peaks.

Store any unused portion in an airtight container for up to 10 hours. When ready to use, re-whisk for 10-15 seconds.

This whipped cream is perfect for the Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes, Pumpkin Pancakes, and mixed berries.
